Special sessions are envisaged to illustrate the progress in the field of the micro/nano ion beam modification of materials and the 5th International Workshop on Proton Beam Writing will be held during the conference.
This conference provides an excellent opportunity for researchers to present their latest progress, to exchange ideas and thoughts and to explore new research directions using nuclear microprobes.


The Conference is organized by the Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare (INFN) in cooperation with IAEA and with the patronage of the Universities of Padova, Torino, Firenze and the Comune di Padova.
